PM In one case yous take sent the payment you cannot cancel it.
You are protected if y'all have purchased the phone through Ebay. If it was for sale in an sale or Buy information technology now and you lot won the auction then if you lot pay with paypal then you are protected.
If y'all are but sending the money direct and not through ebay and so y'all are non protected.
If they are a powerseller so I'm sure they tin can be trusted.
Promise this helped!

you can but Not cancel it when they accept accepted it. in some cases it gets accepted automatically as soon as you transport it simply depending on the owner of the other paypal account they can choose to accept to manually take payment.
if it is cancelable you lot run across a cancel button on the transaction line in your summary

agreed merely however bank check for alot of recent history. its possible to be a powerseller and not use the business relationship for a while considering information technology takes a while for powerseller status to lapse when the account is no longer being used and thus doesn't encounter the selling volume and/or values required to exist a powerseller. during this fourth dimension its possible for the acocool to be taken over by a scammer. expert recent history by the seller commonly lets you lot know its ok
